Here’s a timelapse of typhoon Nepartak from my balcony in Yilan, Taiwan.
If you’ve already seen the footage of Nepartak in Taidong, this timelapse will look rather mild, and I’m glad it is!
While we still had some wind and rain, nothing bad happened in this region, and many people still went to work or opened their stores. For a good part of the day it was perfectly safe to have a walk around.
This time lapse starts around one hour before sunrise and goes on until 4.30pm. GoPro’s editing software couldn’t process it (no idea why) so I wasn’t able to edit contrast and other small things. Feelsbadman. Unfortunately I’m not a “video” guy so I have no video editing software on my pc.
